高压球阀 High Pressure Ball Valve

高压球阀是我公司开发的高性能特种阀门，适用于船舶、石化和炼油、化工、电力和能源工业等系统中。此阀最大工作压力≤16Mpa，试验压力≤64Mpa。且环境温度适用范围较广（-40℃～100℃）。阀体材料为低合金结构钢（ASTM350 LF2），阀杆材料为调质后的45#钢，阀杆和密封螺母的密封采用A类硅橡胶，球体材料为SUS316不锈钢，阀座的密封环材料为聚四氟乙烯（工作温度-190℃～260℃），可适用于水、蒸汽、油品、氮气、二氧化碳气等多种介质。

High Pressure Ball Valve

High pressure ball valve is a special and high performance valve developed by our Company. It is applicable to the systems of ships, petrochemical and oil refining, chemical, power and energy industries with maximum working pressure: ≤16Mpa, test pressure: ≤64Mpa and wide environmental temperature application scope (-40℃～100℃). The valve body is made of low-alloy structural steel (ASTM350 LF2). The valve rod is made of 45# steel after hardening and tempering. Class A silastic rubber is used for sealing material for valve rod and sealing nut. The sphere is made of SUS316 stainless steel. The valve seat seal ring is made of PTFE (operating temperature -190℃～260℃). It is applicable to varied mediums including water, steam, oil, nitrogen and carbon dioxide.
