自力式液位计Self-powered Content Gauge

自力式液位计是一种无动力源的液位测量指示仪表。它包括传感器部分、毛细管部分和指示器部分，广泛应用于柴油舱、滑油舱、燃油舱、水舱等开式箱柜。

Self-powered Content Gauge

Self-powered content gauge is an unpowered level indicator. It includes sensor, capillary tube and indicating gauge and is widely used in open-type tanks such as diesel oil tank, lubricating oil tank, fuel oil tank and fresh water tank.

止回法兰型（侧装）Non-return flange type (side mount)    

带截止阀型 （侧装）Stop valve type (side mount) 

浸入型（顶装）  Immersion type (top mount) 

逆时针旋动显示器表盖，取下表盖与面板玻璃，用一把小型一字螺丝刀旋动调零螺钉，直到指针指在零点的临界值即可。然后重新安装面板玻璃及表盖。（备注：临界值是指指针紧靠止动销，但不对止动销施加力任何力的作用。）

Rotate the displayer table cover counterclockwise, remove the cover and the glass panel, and screw the zero adjusting screw with a slot type screwdriver until the pointer points to the critical value of zero point. Then reinstall the glass panel and the displayer table cover. (Remarks: The critical value means that the pointer is close to the stop pin but applies no force to the stop pin.)

关闭与液位计传感器连接的隔离阀，松开液位计传感器与隔离阀之间的螺栓，将传感器腔体内的液体排放干净。然后按照无液体时的步骤操作。

Close the isolating valve which connects to the level gauge sensor and loosen the bolt between the level gauge sensor and the isolating valve to completely drain of the liquid inside the sensor cavity. Then operate in accordance to the procedures under no liquid condition.

Rotate the displayer table cover counterclockwise, remove the cover and the glass panel, and screw the zero adjusting screw with a slot screwdriver until the pointer points to the actual level. Then reinstall the glass panel and the displayer table cover.

指针偏离零位（舱中无液体）The indicating pointer deviates from zero position (No liquid in the tank.) 

1. 盲区高度或表盘安装高度不正确The height of blind area or gauge’s cover installation height is incorrect.

2. 没有调零No ZA (zero adjusting).

3. 毛细管被砸坏并渗漏Capillary tube is damaged and leaks.

顶装式

1. 重新调整安装高度 Readjust installation height.

2. 重新调零Adjust to zero.

3. 置换液位计Replace the level gauge.

指针保持在高位（舱中有部分液体）The indicating pointer points at high-order position. (The tank is not full of liquid.) 

1. 传感器腔体被污物阻塞 Sensor cavity is blocked up by dirt.

2. 零位被调乱 Zero position disorders. 

1. 清除杂物，重新调零Clear the dirt and adjust to zero.

2. 重新调零 Adjust to zero.

指针保持在零位（舱柜满液时）The indicating pointer points at zero position (The tank is full of liquid).

1. 毛细管或传感器泄露Capillary tube or sensor leaks.

2. 隔离阀被关闭 Isolation valve was closed.

1. 置换液位计Replace the level gauge.

2. 打开隔离阀Open the isolation valve.

1. 订货时需提供舱柜名称、舱柜高度H、盲区高度H1、表盘安装高度H2、毛细管长度以及介质密度。

2. 液位计应安装在温度变化较小和振动较小的地方。

3.液位计测量膜片和指示仪表均应垂直安装。

4.本产品各连接部分不允许拆下，否则液位计不能使用。

5.毛细管支架和指示器支架均由船厂提供。

1. When placing an order, tank’s name, tank’s height H, blind area height H1, gauge’s cover installation height H2, capillary tube’s length and medium density shall be provided.

2. The ideal installation place for level gauge shall be of small temperature change and less vibration.

3. The level gauge’s measuring diaphragm and the indicating instrument shall be both installed vertically.

4. The level gauge’s connection parts can’t be separated, or it can’t work.

5. The capillary tube bracket and indicating meter bracket will be provided by the shipyard.
