热井 Hot Well

船用热井模块用于设置锅炉（燃油锅炉，废气锅炉或燃油废气锅炉）容量在900-2500kg/h范围内的各类船舶蒸汽凝水系统。

Hot Well

The marine hot well module is used in all kinds of ship steam condensate systems with boiler (oil fired boiler, exhaust boiler, oil fired exhaust boiler) capacity within 900-2500kg/h. 

结构特征

本模块以框架或公共底座将热井，大气冷凝器，锅炉给水泵以及连接这些设备的管路及附件组成一体，具有结构紧凑，布置、操作方便等特点。模块具有独立功能，出厂前作密性和运转试验。装船后只要将接口与蒸汽凝水系统相应的部分接通。便于操作运行。所有外部接口可按船舱布置要求设置，保证对接方便。

Structural characteristics

This module is used to connect the hot well, barometric condenser, boiler feed pump and the pipelines & fittings together through framework or common base. It features compact structure and user-friendly layout and operation. The module has independent features. Before delivery, tightness test and running test will be carried upon the module. After shipment, connect the interface to the corresponding part on the steam condensate system for a smooth operation. All the external interfaces will be set in accordance with ship layout for convenient butt joints.

工作原理

本模块是蒸气凝水闭式循环系统的一个组成部分，它是将锅炉产生的多余蒸气经过各用气设备放热后产生的凝水，通过大气冷凝器冷却，然后流入热井。在热井内热水被过滤，去除油及污物，再经锅炉给水泵加压送入锅炉，实现整个系统的热交换功能。

Operating Principle

As an integral part of the steam condensate closed-cycle system, the module will transmit the excess steam from the boiler to steam devices. After heat release, the condensate water will flow into the hot well after the cooling treatment of barometric condenser. In the hot well, the hot water, after filtering, deoiling and descaling, will be compressed in boiler feed pump and sent to the boiler. This is the thermal exchange of the whole system.
