船用开舱泵站 Marine Hydraulic Pumping Station

开舱泵站主要用于大型船舶艉门与艏门及舱口盖的调试。设备油箱和管路均采用不锈钢制造，箱柜用于工作介质的储存，是工作介质周而复始的循环场所，底部安装有油泵电机组，侧面设有双色液位表、液位开关控制测量循环柜内的油位；顶部安装有溢流阀、换向阀、平衡阀、高压球阀、滤器、压力表、电控柜等仪器，阀件采用模块化设计，设备整体结构紧凑，操作简单方便。

Marine Pump House for Breaking Bulk 

Breaking bulk pump house is applicable to the debugging activity of stern door, bow door and hatch deck. The oil tank and pipes are all made of stainless steel. The cabinet is used to store the operating medium, and it is also a circulating space for medium circulation. The oil pump electric engine is installed at the bottom, and double-color level gauge is installed at the side. The liquid level switch is used to control and measure the oil level in the circulating tank; on the top, overflow valve, change valve, compensation valve, high pressure ball valve, filter, pressure gauge, thermometer and electric control cabinet are installed. The modular design of valve elements makes the whole equipment compact and user-friendly.
