Marine Hydraulic Rinsing Pumping Station
The marine hydraulic rinsing pumping station belongs to the category of ship auxiliary equipment manufacture, and is mainly used for ship oil injection, oil transfer and pipeline cleaning. It is also applicable to pipeline cleaning in petroleum and chemical industry. It consists of cleaning circulating cabinet, oil drain cabinet, oil collecting pump, flushing oil pump, electric heating temperature control system, oil filter, automatic control and hydraulic control system. The pump device is applicable to rough and fine pipeline cleaning, cleaning oil collection and transfer, electric heating automatic control, waste oil collection and recycling.

1、集油-驳油单元
集油-驳油系统由三通球阀、电机、齿轮泵、滤器组成，可实现清洗工作进行前的驳油以及清洗工作后的集油功能。
1）将油桶内的油抽进油箱；
2）将油箱内的油抽进收集油桶；
3）将油滤器内的污油过滤后抽回循环油箱,以节约用油,减少浪费,消除污染。
1. Oil collecting - transfer unit
The oil collecting - transfer system consists of three-way ball valve, electric engine, gear-type pump and filter. It is used to transfer oil before cleaning and collect oil after cleaning.
a. Draw the oil out of oil drum to oil tank;
b. Draw the oil out of oil tank to oil collecting drum;
c. Filter the dirty oil and draw it out of the filter to circulating oil tank for conservation and environmental protection.
2、 计量单元
由流量计、蝶阀、压力表、温度表等组成，可实现对现场工作介质即时流量以及累计流量的显示，以便调节管路流量和压力。
2. Measurement unit
The unit, consisting of flow meter, butterfly valve, pressure gauge and thermometer, will indicate the site operating medium instant flow and cumulative flow to facilitate pipeline flow and pressure adjustment.
3、液压脉冲装置
设备配置液压脉冲装置，在管路内产生液压冲击，缩短清洗时间，提高清洗效率。脉冲装置最高压力在额定工作压力范围内可调, 脉冲间隔时间可根据实际需要设定。
3. Hydraulic pulse device
Equipped with hydraulic pulse device, the device will generate hydraulic pulse inside the pipeline to shorten the cleaning time and improve cleaning efficiency. The top pressure of the pulse device is adjustable within service pressure rating, and the pulse interval could be adjusted in accordance with practical condition.
4、过滤单元
整个串油过程采用多级过滤：
1）吸油口设粗滤器1只,过滤精度为100μm,要求滤芯可清洗；
2）回油管路设粗滤器2只, 过滤精度约200目.在回油管路上设一取样阀；
3）回油管路设精滤器1只,过滤精度1μm（高分子滤芯,加目视压差发讯装置，在国外定制）。
4. Filtering unit
Multistage filtration is applied to the whole flushing process:
a. A rough filter is installed at the oil suction with filtering accuracy of 100μm and washable filtering element;
b. Two rough filters are installed on oil return line with filtering accuracy about 200μm. Install a sampling valve on the oil return line;
c. A fine filter is installed on the oil return line with filtering accuracy of 1μm (high molecular filter element customized abroad with visual differential pressure sending unit).
5、温控单元
泵要通过电加热器、冷却器来控制系统的温度，能在40℃-65℃内自动梯度加热。若温度超过65℃，冷却器自动开启。油温由智能仪表控制，整个过程实现了智能自动化。
5. Temperature control unit
The pump house, which controls the system temperature mainly through electric heater and cooler, could conduct automatic gradient heating from 40℃ to 65℃. If the temperature exceeds 65℃, the cooler will start automatically. The oil temperature is controlled by intelligent meter, which makes the intelligent automation of the whole process a reality.
6、试压单元
根据客户的要求，可配备由高压泵、电机、压力表、溢流阀等组成的试压泵组合件，压力范围40bar-800bar。
6. Pressure test unit
According to customer requirements, the optional pressure test pump assembly consisting of high-pressure pump, electric engine, pressure gauge and overflow valve will be provided, with pressure range of 40bar-800bar.
7、电控操作单元
电控操作系统，主要通过电控箱实现。泵站所用电源为三相三线380V 50HZ电源，经自动空气开关引入泵站。电控箱装在投油装置侧壁,所有电器元件集中放在箱内，通过电控箱可实现集油、驳油、投油串洗的集中控制。
7. Electronic control unit
The electric operation system of the pump house is relied on electric cabinet. The power supply for pump house is three-phase three-wire 380V 50HZ, which is plugged in through automatic air switch. The electric cabinet is installed on the side of oil injection device with all the electrical components inside. The electric cabinet provides an access to central control of oil collection, transfer, injection and flushing.
