疏水阀组 Steam Trap Group

疏水阀组由疏水阀、截止阀、截止止回阀及管路等组成。可用于船舶、电站、石油、化工、轻纺、造纸、冶金等各种工业蒸汽加热系统。主要有四种类型。

Steam Trap Group

The steam trap group consists of steam trap, stop valve, stop check valve and pipelines. It is applicable to steam heating systems including ships, power plants, petroleum, chemical, textile, paper making and metallurgy. There are mainly four types.

自由浮球式、双金属片式、圆盘式 Free float type, bimetallic strip type, disk type       

青铜阀、铸钢阀等Bronze valve, cast steel valve, etc

截止阀Stop valve     放泄球阀Discharge ball valve

备注：对于更高的压力、工作温度、连接法兰标准可根据用户要求选定。

1、为保证疏水阀的正常工作，疏水阀应与设备出口保持1-2米的距离；

2、安装本阀组前须有足够压力的蒸汽清除管路或设备中的污物和锈度。

Remarks: Special design in accordance with customer requirements in terms of higher pressure, operating temperature and coupling flange standard is available.

1. In order to ensure the normal operation of the steam trap, the distance from the steam trap to equipment outlet shall be 1-2 m;

2. Before installation, the contamination and rust in the pipeline and equipment shall be cleaned by steam under sufficient pressure.
