快关阀Quick-Closing Valve

船用快关阀包括拉索型快关阀、气动快关阀、液动快关阀，适用于船舶淡水、燃油、滑油等管路。紧急情况下，能以手动和气动两种方式迅速关闭快关阀。快关阀与快关阀控制箱配套使用，通过远程操作进行集中控制。

Quick-Closing Valve

The marine quick-closing valves include manual operation quick-closing valve, pneumatic quick-closing valve and hydraulic quick-closing valve, which are applicable to ship pipes of fresh water, fuel oil and lubricating oil. In case of emergency, close the quick-closing valve manually or pneumatically. The quick-closing valve is used coordinately with quick-closing valve control box to conduct remote central control.

安装说明Instruction for installation

1、快关阀安装时，介质必须从高于阀盘的方向进入；When install the quick-closing valve, the medium shall enter from the position higher than the valve disk;

2、快关阀必须垂直安装并且手轮总是位于上方。The quick-closing valve shall be installed vertically with hand wheel always on the top.

操作说明Operating instructions

A初始状态：快关阀处于开启位置；Initial state: the quick-closing valve is in open position;

B关闭操作：通过向上拉动手柄或向气缸注入压缩空气，快关阀关闭；

Shutdown operation: close the quick-closing valve by pulling the handle upwards or injecting compressed air into the cylinder;

C复位：顺时针转动手轮到底，使气缸插销低于螺母；Reset: rotate the hand wheel clockwise to the end, making cylinder cross-pin lower than screw nut;

D预载：逆时针转动手轮到底，快关阀处于开启位置，完成预载。Preload: rotate the hand wheel counterclockwise to the end and put the quick-closing valve in open position to complete the preload.
